The leadership appointments include:

- James Lehnhoff as Chief Information Officer.
- Todd Albright as Chief Commercial Officer.
- Doug Cullen as Chief Revenue Officer, Grata Intelligence.

Leadership appointments
Raj Bakhru, Chief Technology Officer: Bakhru will lead Datasite’s technology organization and advance its AI-native, secure and scalable infrastructure. He joined Datasite through its acquisition of Blueflame AI, where he was CEO and Co-Founder, and previously held senior technology, strategy and cybersecurity roles at ACA Group, ACA Aponix®, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Andrew Bocskocsky, Chief Product Officer: Bocskocsky will lead Datasite’s product organization and accelerate the integration of Datasite’s capabilities into a connected private markets platform. He joined Datasite through its acquisition of Grata, where he was Co-Founder and CEO, and previously founded Gramercy 360.
James Lehnhoff, Chief Information Officer: Lehnhoff will lead Datasite’s enterprise technology, platform application support and AI development priorities. He joined Datasite in 2017 and has held engineering and product leadership roles at the company, following previous engineering leadership roles at Workfront and Digital River.
Todd Albright, Chief Commercial Officer: Albright will lead Datasite’s global commercial teams worldwide, driving customer growth, market execution, and value delivery across the entire organization. Prior to this, Todd was General Manager of Datasite Enterprise and previously served as Chief Revenue Officer. Todd has held several international sales leadership roles at a variety of high-growth firms, including FIS Global, Activ Financial (now part of CME group), Intralinks (now part of SS&C), and EY.
Doug Cullen, Chief Revenue Officer, Grata Intelligence: Cullen will lead the go-to-market strategy for Grata Intelligence, bringing data, workflow, and AI capabilities to market and expanding Datasite’s role beyond transaction execution. Doug joined Datasite in 2015 and has held a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Sales. Doug has also held several executive commercial leadership roles at a variety of high-growth technology companies, including Ceros, Inc., Stylesight Inc., and Intralinks (now part of SS&C).
