Finding the Right Cirrus Service Center Just Got Easier with The Flying Engineer’s New Cirrus Hub.”

— Adrian Man

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Flying Engineer, an aviation company directory and news site online since 2012, today launched a hub for Cirrus aircraft owners at the Flying Engineer Cirrus. It maps all 213 Cirrus Aircraft authorized service centers in 30 countries, together with the independent maintenance shops, specialists, suppliers and training schools that Cirrus owners use, in one searchable map and list.

Cirrus owners usually start with the manufacturer’s own service center locator. The new hub keeps that list as its base and adds the questions owners ask next: which centers overhaul the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), which can maintain the SF50 Vision Jet, which publish a price, and which independent specialists know the aircraft.

What the data shows

– 104 of the 213 authorized centers are listed for CAPS overhaul, the 10-year repack every SR series aircraft needs.
– 33 centers offer full service Vision Jet maintenance and 28 more offer line service.
– 188 centers offer aircraft pickup and delivery.
– California has the most authorized centers (18), followed by Florida and Texas (11 each). Alaska, Delaware and Rhode Island have none.
– Beyond the authorized network, the hub lists 119 independent Cirrus specialists, from interiors and propellers to avionics and parts, and 39 schools that train in Cirrus aircraft.
– Few companies publish prices. Avias Aircraft Services lists CAPS replacement for G2, G3 and G5 aircraft at US$19,800 with a 48-hour turnaround, and Synergy Flight Center lists Cirrus maintenance labour at US$175 an hour.

Features

– A map of every company, with authorized centers and independent companies clearly labelled.
– Filters for CAPS overhaul, Vision Jet full or line service, Platinum, training, avionics, TKS ice protection, composite and paint, pickup and delivery and parts, by region and country.
– Area pages for Florida, Texas, California, Georgia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and Brazil.
– A Cirrus maintenance cost calculator that uses only prices companies publish themselves, with sources.

“Cirrus owners kept asking us the same things: who does CAPS near me, who can work on a Vision Jet, and what will it cost,” said Radu Balas, founder of The Flying Engineer. “We put the answers in one place, and we are now asking every center to confirm its CAPS price and turnaround so owners can compare.”

The hub is independent and not affiliated with Cirrus Aircraft. Companies that work on Cirrus aircraft can add or claim their page at the Flying Engineer Companies.
